Basic Info
Cooking classes, recipes, and more from an American chef/food writer who makes her home in Cancale, Brittany (France).
Classes are held at 22, rue Victor Hugo, on the “Port de la Houle” in Cancale. The house is behind Le Querrien restaurant. You’ll see large planters filled with herbs in front. Please allow time (at least 15 minutes) for parking/walking to the house - the parking lots fill up very fast during the tourist season!
Parking : Link to Cancale parking info (in English)
Nearby: The parking lots on the port are practical and close. They fill up quickly, especially during the high tourist season and around meal times.
Parking Gratuit du Port/Free Parking : This free lot is on the D76 road. It’s a 5 to 10 minute walk downhill on a wooded (beautiful!) footpath.
Booking a class: You can sign up for classes directly on this site, or contact me directly via email. Class sizes range from 2 (two) to 6 (six) participants.
Kids and Classes: 12 is the minimum age to participate in most classes. (Unless otherwise specified.) To accommodate younger children, I can offer a private class for families, so feel free to contact me if that’s something that interests you.
Groups: Want a fun evening with friends while you’re on vacation? Have a special occasion to celebrate? Need a team-building experience for a work group? We can work together to customize the experience for you.
Payment: PayPal, credit card, cash, Venmo, or direct transfer.
